This position is responsible for administrating and overseeing the successful implementation of NetJets safety programs as outlined in the NetJets Safety Manual and ensuring compliance with recognized safety standards.  This person should be proactive in recognizing and correcting safety issues and demonstrate continuous improvement of organizational safety.  This person will be expected to adhere to and promote NetJets’ Vision, Mission, and Values

• Recognize and analyze hazards for corrective action. 
• Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills. 
• Develop training and present information in formal classroom settings.
• Research and apply appropriate safety standards and best practices to the needs of the organization. 
• Ability to work independently, as well as within a team environment.
• Interpersonal communication skills essential.
• PC skills including MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Outlook and Internet required.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule. Occasional travel may be required.
